I was lucky enough to see this while in Germany. Except the front wasn’t pink when I went. The hike to the top of the mountain was so long that a bunch of us jumped in a bus for half of the hike and walked the rest.

I look at this photo and I find it so hard to comprehend that things like this really happened before on the exact same spot where I’ve walked.

Wow… I feel the same. Such a powerful photo. I had massive chills when I was standing there. It was difficult to comprehend what went on whilst standing there.
